Some of these ramekins had strands of plastic fused into them when they arrived, which makes me question their quality. I scraped off the plastic before using them, and (luckily?) haven't noticed any problems with their material since then, including after baking souffles several times.Also, they're hard to stack due to the way they're shaped -- the bottoms don't neatly fit into the tops.All in all, they seem okay, given the price and the fact that they basically work.
