I was able to assemble it in under 10 minutes. The instructions are pretty clear and simple. The only tool required is a Phillips screwdriver. It was a bit wobbly but worth the $20 I paid for it. It holds my 2 widescreen monitors pretty well. I bought it on sale and wouldn't have bought it if it was the original $50 they charge for it.
