I received 2 tablets from this company. The first was the lemon. When turned on, it would turn off after a few seconds and go into Max Headroom mode with no character. Because of this, they let me return it. That was cool. Complaints: 1) This product cannot be returned even if it does not meet my requirements as stated in the question and answer. 2) One of the main reasons I bought this tablet was to play movies through streaming services on my projector. After getting one that actually worked, I found that it wasn't what the questions and answers led me to believe. 3) The screen is a bit grainy, which bothers me. For a sub-$200 tablet, it's probably nothing to complain about, but I'm here. 4) Functionality in applications is missing. Specifically, the volume control on the YouTube screen. Annoying.5) A game I tested did not fit the screen properly. I was missing content that was outside the edges of the screen. Maybe just the game itself, but it looks like it happened to a couple. Hopefully it has some sort of parental control as I'll be giving it to the kids as long as I shell out more money for a tablet that actually does what I need it to do. do. Oh! and speaking of kids 6) I threw away the KingPad K10 tablet that comes with a stylus that kids would love to draw because the M10 letterweight isn't good for what I need it for. If you don't need the video output feature, this is probably the one for you. However, please note that this item cannot be returned. ok i'm done
