The old washing machine was terrible. He fell apart. Replaced this part and was glad I didn't decide to replace the entire toilet. Works well. Installation is easy. Take your time. As others have noted, you may need to pry a little to pry the old part off the base after removing the screws. There was a spongy, torn black seal. The instructions don't say it needs to be removed, but it does need to be thrown away. Another new seal is included with the new part. He fell. One side of this pillow was slightly smoother than the opposite side. I had to guess which side should be facing down. (I chose the "shinier" side down, following my raw logic. There was a tick on that side, too.) Anyway, I enjoy getting satisfying flushes, and so do you. I arranged for the ceremonial disposal of the conditioner, which gave me great pleasure. Maybe I'll upload this video to You Tube. That brought tears to my eyes.
