This sleeping bag is quite thick and warm. The sleeves are detachable and there are zips at the bottom so the baby's diaper can be changed without pulling the whole thing down. Very convenient. Unisex design, the material is quite soft. I love that the cuffs can be pulled over the legs for warmth and then removed when baby is awake and walking or crawling. The size I received was meant to fit 18-36 month olds but I think most 3 year olds will fit. be too big for this bag. On average, a child between two and two and a half years old will likely fit comfortably, and a child around 14 months old will also fit, but it will be roomy. The quality seems pretty good but I'm disappointed that the material is only 30% cotton and the rest polyester with some spandex for stretch. I would prefer a pouch that is 100% cotton, or at least mostly cotton. However, this sleeping bag is well made and has details that make it comfortable to hold your child while sleeping and waking. My niece is 16 months old and this bag is perfect when the cooler weather comes. It's not so warm that you feel uncomfortable, but at the same time cozy and very charming.
