I like it because if I don't understand something I can open the file on my computer and zoom in to see it better. Regarding contacting the company, I have emailed several times with questions and Kevin has always responded to me. Not only that, I send it late at night and sometimes think I'll get a reply the next day. No, Kevin answers as soon as it hits him. I don't know if it's in China or not, but it's great, so I can say that the interaction with the seller is also 5 stars.
