This was my first scanner and the instructions made it easy to set up.
I can't believe most scanners are that expensive so I was a bit skeptical about this scanner but it works great! The first scanner and instructions made setup easy. My first complaint was that there was a loud, annoying beep 30 seconds after I fell asleep, so I emailed them. They responded quickly with a barcode in their email which I simply scanned which disabled that beep. They should have put that option in the instructions - I don't know why anyone would hear them fall asleep hundreds of times during the day. But I was impressed with their quick response and will be ordering more scanners from them in the near future. !
