All in all it's a nice screen that works great. Received as a birthday gift on August 17th and although I had an initial issue with a defective USB-C to USB-A power cable, G-Story customer service was responsive and received a set of two charging cables. fixed the problem. The problem I had with the power cord was that it didn't offer a secure connection and had a tendency to fall out. Attached is a video I sent to G-Story Customer Service showing the cable falling out and not connecting. If something like this happens when you receive the monitor, you must contact them. But after contacting them, I had new cables that worked within two or three days. The screen is bright and vibrant, with fast and smooth response times. I have used it to extend my laptop screen and also the main screen on my Xbox One S. The blue light eye protection filter is effective and reduces eye strain during long-term use. I look forward to testing next-gen consoles on this monitor. While the speakers could have been louder, the size and power of the speakers makes a big difference to the form factor. I also like the fact that the adjustable stand is actually physically built into the monitor and not attached to the lid. This saves desktop space for the monitor.
