Review on 🔧 MASTERCOOL 66773 Dual Brass Manifold Gauge Set: Accurate & Durable in Gray by Adam French

I bought this set of manifold sensors to work with automotive air conditioning. I am happy with them, they are well made, quality kit with extended hoses. They work with both current R134a systems and older R12 systems. The hoses are suitable for R12 systems, but are also supplied with adapters for R134a. The yellow hose has two connections for the vacuum pump and the refrigerant source. The sensors do not flutter and are accurate. The valves are smooth and easy to use. I would buy this set again if mine is lost or stolen. The only downside is that it has a little room to attach the free end of the hose to protect it from dirt etc, but that only works if you remove the R134a adapters. . Since most of the work is done on R134a systems I don't want to remove the adapters every time, plus it means loose parts have to be tracked so I just don't use that feature. But it would be nice to be able to secure risers with R134a adapters installed. Last but not least, this kit is made in the USA, the manifold, gauges, hoses and adapters are all made in the USA. I recommend this kit for vehicle air conditioning maintenance.
