Cute Beanie, Small Neckband

The neckband is very small and won't stretch much. Both, and another won't last long, are attached by a piece of thin thread on the outside. No elastic for stretch or flexibility. The hat is warm, I like the color. Do not wash or wet any part of the stool, it got a bit of rain on it and I can never get it back to its original fluffy state. sits like a collar.
