I bought this product to add a hand held shower head to my parents shower head. The product is fantastic. I am a 58 year old female with no plumbing experience. I watched a few videos and when the redirect came I was sure I could do it myself. I was able to install it within 10 minutes with no problems. The feed is strong, heavy and well made. I figured I might need to patch it up with more teflon tape or rubber washers to prevent leaks. It wasn't like that. It worked PERFECTLY. I also installed and installed the hand shower I bought from Revain at the same time. It was also sturdy, heavy and well made. No leaks from any of the items. If I can do it without outside help, anyone can. I'm pretty sure the quality of the product helped with the ease of installation. Also added extra rubber washers in case of a small leak that can result from removing and reinstalling a very old showerhead. I used extra washers just in case. Also, be sure to remove the old teflon tape before sticking the new teflon tape on. I also removed the restrictor from my parents old shower head. They said their old shower head, which hadn't been pressurized in twenty years, almost knocked them out. They liked it. I read about the limiter when I was looking for shower heads. There are many videos showing how to do this. This takes about 5 seconds. I highly recommend this product. I was so impressed with the diverter and hand shower I bought for my parents that 5 days later I bought the same 2 items for myself.
