Review on Massage Post Workout Myofascial Release Physical by Christine Rogers

I'm giving these four stars because I should have done my homework a little better: They call the gray ball a lacrosse ball, but it's NOT a lacrosse ball. It's made of foam rather than rubber, so it's a lot less firm than you'd expect for a deep-tissue massage. It's also a little smaller than a regular lacrosse ball (think billiard ball size, maybe even a little smaller). If you are looking for a softer ball in a smaller size then this product is for you. To be honest it really is as advertised just make sure you know what you are buying.
