I've been using this product for several months and I'm very happy with it. It was soft and absorbed the sticky smell of my guinea pig urine. So I noticed until recently (with the last 2 deliveries) that the texture of the bed linen has changed. It's gotten rougher and rougher - feels like pits on your hands; and certainly not as soft as before. When I opened the new bag, I noticed an unpleasant smell. Looking closely, I notice that there is wood shavings mixed in - not clean paper. Just unsatisfied with the product. Now I'm starting to use a different brand. I wonder why the manufacturer cannot maintain good product quality. 5 stars to 2 stars. upset.
