This mascara is awesome! I was very skeptical when I first opened one and saw how small the applicator brush was compared to the big store brands. It occurred to me that I probably wasted my money! I was glad I made the mistake of applying mascara and was impressed with the volume and definition of the lashes and the intense pigmentation of the chosen color. In fact, it only took me one coat to magically transform my natural lashes. The small applicator brush is awesome and can easily cover each lash without clumps or mess. I recommend using an eyelash curler to prep your natural clean lashes, then applying a mascara primer (base coat) and finally this mascara on top. For me, the effects lasted all day, even when I lay in the sun and sweated a little. The reason I only gave this product 4 stars is because all the containers look the same and it is impossible to tell the different colors apart unless you open the container to see. I found this a bit impractical.
