The package contains paper guidelines, a DVD (which I haven't watched), goggles, three heads and a laser gun. Heads snap on and off easily and are labeled for easy identification. The instructions are quite simple and I also watched YouTube videos. After 3 weeks of use, I already noticed a decrease in the thickness and speed of hair growth. I am fair skinned with dark brown hair. I'll update again in a few months if I remember.
