My son plays lacrosse. I played baseball. There's no reason to deny father and son the opportunity to catch. I pulled my old Wilson out of the garage and fixed it, but the laces are badly rotten, especially on the toes. I ordered this lace set and ended up on YouTube for the details of lacing a Wilson model. The technique was fairly painless. The leather laces and needle worked great. When the tip came out of the needle, it usually happened after the needle went all the way through the row of holes, so I just had to pull the remaining tip through and thread the end back up the needle for the next row of holes. A 72-inch leather strip completes the fingers, leaving enough room for small areas of the glove. Two laces are included so I probably have enough to relace the entire glove. I recommend this kit, especially if you like taking some time for yourself.
