I bought this anti-glare screen protector to protect my eyes from the blue light that gives me headaches after using my M1 MacBook Air for a long time. It fits my screen perfectly and has helped with glare, squinting and my headache! You need to be careful when using it. The instructions are simple, the main thing you need to do is apply VERY slowly and lift the foil when you see air bubbles building up. When I gave up I only had 3 air bubbles. 2 air bubbles have already come out by themselves. I only have one air bubble, but it's only visible when the screen is black. When the laptop is on, I don't even notice it. Well worth buying and I have a spare screen protector for the future!
