Review on MycroMedia Job Board by Michael Hale

I like that it's easy for me as an employer, or recruiter in my case, to search through many applicants at once with one click instead of having them all go into separate job boards which is time consuming/expensive. It would be nice if there was more flexibility when adding jobs such as being able to add multiple positions within 1 post without having to create new posts each time (which can get confusing). Also sometimes you have so much information about someone from their profile page but they only list what skills are needed not why those particular ones were important; this makes searching difficult because employers don't know how valuable certain things could potentially become over time. Sometimes recruiters will use different sites depending upon who we're working with internally versus outside companies - using something where everyone uses just doesn't make sense unless both sides agree otherwise.
