Refurbished, dirty, scratches instead of NEW condition

Instead of a NEW product I have: 1. An open box of cling film.2. Dirty screen and stand, 3. Scratched service tag.4. Half removed sticker with glue on stand.5. Incomplete: missing instructions, warranty card.6. The service tag states that the monitor was sold to someone in August 2020.
