Everything was good at first but it broke quickly

I ordered this bag to use as a school bag and for meetings because I have a lot of pins and key rings that I wanted to lose. I had ordered light blue but when I opened it I got purple instead. I thought it was ok, it's ok, I like purple too and I've kept using it. It was great at first and I got a lot of compliments, but after almost 3 weeks of use the handle broke.
