The product itself is top notch. An I7 processor with 16GB of RAM and a 1660 TI graphics card for less than $1,200 is ridiculous. However, like any company, if you don't have good customer service/technical support or aren't responsive to your customers, even in the event of a problem, the product won't save you. Case and point: 1) The keyboard was defective right out of the box. This is not a deal breaker in my opinion. As long as the company is doing the right thing and is willing to solve the problem. For example, send us a new keyboard. Instead they have chosen to ignore 3 attempts to contact them via email. They have four different numbers to call, all busy, all the time, at different times of the day. There is no option to leave a message as the number just freezes. If it were from a manufacturer in another country, I might have put up with the delay in reply. But being in California and not saying BU is unacceptable to us. 2) Front USB, MIC audio input and speaker output didn't work out of the box. Slightly less than acceptable, but I was willing to open up the device and attach a cable that probably became detached in transit. However, the problem lies with customer service/technical support again. The numerous e-mails and calls to the manufacturer mentioned went unanswered. An essential part of a successful company is missing here. If there was a little care I would keep the unit and do my best to fix it. 3) Did I mention that after 4 days there was no response from the manufacturer or any attempt to help? Revain's customer service was lightning fast. They even asked if they could help with the problem. What a new idea to help your customer. They provided an RMA refund within minutes of being asked. The bottom line is if you have a PC and it's working great and you're not having any issues then congratulations on such a great deal. It's worth it. However, if you have a computer that isn't working properly or have some general questions, then good luck for the manufacturer to answer you. Very disappointed, I don't like writing reviews. Good, bad or indifferent. Edit: About a week later we were contacted and asked for information about our order. At this point we had already started the return and refund process. They also refunded us so I am changing my rating to 2 stars instead of 1 star.
