These are blue LEDs to replace the old incandescent general instrument cluster lighting. NO turn signals, signal lights, high beams and cruise control bulbs. yes they work fine Removing and reinstalling the instrument cluster is the tricky part. I see reports about defective light bulbs. Note that up to inexperience. The wires on the new LED bulbs need to be oriented correctly (possibility one), the bulbs need to be seated correctly in the new smaller black mounts (possibility two) and the most common one I suspect is backwards mounted (possibility three and most likely) . ) through no fault of the installer.
