Review on MyObjectives by Matt Addison

I like how simple it makes creating goals, assigning tasks to users, and tracking progress so easy! It's also really well organized for an admin perspective. The support is great too. They're quick with responding to questions or concerns about their platform. There are some things they could improve but nothing major. This software has helped my organization track our clients' workflows in order to ensure we maximize time and resources while minimizing costs, all from one place. The ability to track goals, as well as the reporting features are very helpful for tracking progress towards those goals. It's easy enough for new users to use without needing much training. I wish we could customize some aspects more easily than clicking through tabs until you find what you need. We're using it primarily as an internal tool but have also used it with clients in order to provide them additional transparency into their performance compared to industry averages.
