Professional wedding and family portrait photography for 10 years. I use Godox AD200 with its amazing power (200W) and very fast recovery time. When I saw the accessories for the AK-R1 I thought it would be the perfect complement to the AD200. I've only been using it for a week and I'm very happy with everything it has. I almost always use a diffuser dome or diffuser dome and reflective card. The dome emits very even light. Adding a specular card helps focus the light on my targets. I use the nozzle and comb for special shots at weddings. Although the filter system is limited by the number of filters, adding them for effects is easy. The barn doors are easy to adjust and the doors are strong enough to stay in place. All of this comes in a small carrying case that's slightly larger than your average smartphone. The biggest feature of this system is that adding lighting effects to the AD200 with the H200R is easy as strong magnets are built into each part to prevent them from accidentally falling out. I have used the magmod for over a year in the past and the head fell off too easily and I almost lost it several times. In summary, the AK-R1 system is amazing value and very well made. I give 5 stars! In order to use the AK-R1 system, you must first purchase Godox H200R for AD200.
