The integration in Salesforce works perfectly.The support team that provides assistance when needed during implementation phase is very helpful and professional at all times. There are some minor issues related to compatibility of older browsers but nothing too serious as long as they're addressed quickly and effectively. We were looking into replacing our old custom solution due to lack of customization options and slow response from third party providers we used in the past. With eforms Pilot we've been able to customize almost everything without having to deal with code or plugins which has saved us tons of time.
