We bought a used sofa, double sofa and armchair with ottoman. The skin was quite dry so I bought this product to take care of it. He soaked it up the way dry hands soak up lotion. It's best to follow the directions and apply the conditioner to a rag to spread it evenly. Also, plan to use quite a bit and really apply it freely. It will last a little if you do a good job and use a decent amount of the product. You can use the whole bottle on the couch (if your skin is as dry as mine). Now that I haven't air-conditioned the furniture in a month, I realize that one more application would help. Again, as with very dry hands, lotion alone may not be enough. In total I've used about four bottles of this product on my furniture after two uses. However, it seems to be much better than many other products. And the leather looks much better and the furniture is very nice.
