after receiving it (which I was looking forward to) Read reviews from those who had the same problem as me - NOTHING will not work. I rocked, squeezed, twisted and tried unsuccessfully to remove the top. Nothing worked and nothing came out. This is clearly a design flaw of the applicator and packaging of this product. I can't comment on how it worked or didn't work for me because I couldn't get it to finish. As others have suggested, change the issuance method so we can USE it. Btw it was also a disappointment to get a refund or replacement for this (it's non-refundable). The automated customer service did not process the transaction and kept telling me that no refund is possible. You must request human interaction to receive a replacement or refund.
