After a disappointing experience with parts on my car in my dimly lit garage, I was looking for replacement LED lights when I stumbled upon these sturdy LED lights that come in a regular medium sized bulb base fit .size. Installation couldn't be easier as you simply screw them in. They put out an insane amount of light that is comparable to the light output you get from very powerful halogen panels. A typical halogen or LED ceiling light can put out around 3000-4000 lumens depending on size. High quality panels cost around $100 each. These things give off an insane amount of light. So much so that I immediately saw scratches on my car's paintwork that I had overlooked when polishing. Really bittersweet. If there's one downside to these things, it's that they're rated for around 5,000 hours. It really isn't that great if you were to use them in an app where they worked 10 hours a day. However, they do have a two-year replacement guarantee provided you get to keep it. of them, and until they finally fail, I suspect an improved version will be available.
