Unfortunately not waterproof in my experience
Backyard installation, zip flap, back glass sealed. The next morning it rained moderately for about two hours, and I later found that there was about a cup of water on the floor inside. I will still use gardening items for wintering stored in plastic containers, but not for anything valuable - a bike, golf clubs, a blower - like I intended. I'll spray it with waterproofing and seam sealer, that might help. However, it is lightweight and easy to assemble. The size is ok too. Just crap about seepage.
