I don't know if it's legal or not but the Cool Stone feels great and its calming and therapeutic effects in my bath every night . I've been using it for two weeks in combination with the Standard and Field's Reverse and there is a definite improvement in my skin tone and forehead wrinkles. For less than $15 I thought it was a no brainer.
