I bought this because I work in a warehouse where I have to stand and get items off the shelves every day. My legs are usually sore and tired after each day. So far this night splint has helped me. I apply it every night for 15-20 minutes and still feel pretty good. especially with the ball. I will keep using it and see how it goes. But for now I would recommend this to anyone in the same situation as me.
