I use this scale in my daily life because it's quick and easy. I don't need to lose a ton. I just want a daily reminder of how I eat. Numbers don't lie, they're not condescending, they don't accept excuses. They just tell you to go ahead or continue with the program and in 10 seconds I'll get on with my day. To use, tap your big toe to choose which user you are (tracks up to 4), tap a few more times, and step forward. It quickly shows your current weight, target weight and changes since the last weigh-in. You can also easily adjust your target weight. I don't think it even had directions, but it's very simple and easy. If you just want to weigh yourself quickly you can step on the scale and they will give you that too. The scale is very consistent and accurate. Plus, with its flat black glass and glass design, it won't stand out even in a small bathroom.
