Review on The Baron Group, Inc. by Richard Miller

I enjoyed working for this organization because of its team structure. There was always someone there if you needed help or support from anyone in management all the way down to an individual associate level employee! My favorite part about being at TBG is that it's very transparent - nothing hidden behind closed doors here!! It felt like everyone had your back. If something wasn't going well inside our department we could talk openly without fear of repercussion (which happens sometimes within other organizations). We were able to have open conversations regarding performance issues without worry of repercussions. Sometimes people would get frustrated by how things are run but they understood why certain policies exist so no one got left out in the cold. They also didn't want their employees underperforming getting fired either which made me feel better knowing my coworkers weren't suffering due to lack of leadership skills.
