I like that it can show me where in my application people are spending time using their phone or tablet (iOS/Android).

The accuracy level isn't great but if you have enough traffic then this should work fine for your needs! If there's no good option available out here maybe try other services as they may offer better options? We're trying different platforms because we want our clients with multiple countries access so having an all encompassing solution was important from day 1 - which makes life easier when choosing features later down line once things settle into place after launch :).
