The standard clips that come with Milwaukee tools are very thin and almost sharp, so they will snag if you try to hang them from your belt. But they're nice and smooth, so they slip easily between your belt and pants (or a padded belt). These clamps also have slightly more space between the clamp and the drill body than the original clamps, making it easier to attach to thick tool belts. I've even used holsters because the standard clips aren't that good, but they're even easier to use than holsters. This makes working with a Milwaukee drill and demolition hammer much easier.
