PERFECT size and LOVE how they look but I still have a horrible time getting them in and out of my ears. There is a small hook on the pivoting shoulder and a rounded blunt end that goes through the hole and fastens with a clasp. This little blunt hook is terrible for fitting through both of my ear piercings. And this rod lever is flat, not round. I'm still trying to figure out what the trick is when I finally crawl through the hole and am safe. I LOVE how they look so much but I was messing around because they were such a nightmare to wear! (I don't even try if I don't have twenty minutes!)
