I bought this device around Christmas to use for my aching feet and legs. I don't know if I have neuropathy or not but this machine is really helping my legs. I use it while watching TV before bed. Make sure to hydrate your feet as instructed. Try different modes to see which one works for you and start slowly and gradually increase the vibration strength for you. I love it and would recommend it to anyone with foot pain. I have not yet used the neck, shoulder or other pain pads.
