When the table arrived it had chipped slightly on the edge of the wood top. It's not even a tree. It's more like chipboard. I called and they just didn't have a replacement board. They gave me a discount but I decided to return it. I could tell if it was the type of material to get more chips. When you buy something, you also want it to be in perfect condition. Although the rest of the materials looked good. If you just want something at a low price this will look good.
