I bought a new monitor with G-SYNC for my gaming laptop and connected it with high-speed HDMI, but the refresh rate was not optimized. I bought this mini display port and it works fine. The refresh rate is now much better at 144Hz. The quality of the cable material is excellent. For upcoming cable purchases, I'll stick with KabelDirekt (Display Port, HDMI 2.1, USB-C).
