Hello I love athletic skorts like this, and wear them all the time! Great fabric when fighting HOT FLASHES bc you can wear this material WET! I am 6' tall / 170lbs and bought two of these in black; sizes XL -and- L. They are pretty, made of a very nice, soft, material and feature forgiving ruffles. This skort does, however, RUN VERY, VERY, SMALL. Even the XL was far too small for me, and that was surprising! If anything, size XL skorts, such as this, might be too big for me. Fortunately, I was able to give them to my youngest. She normally wears size M, so hopefully they'll work for her. Oh! And the shorts underneath fit good & snug! Again these run SMALL.
