I love this wheel, I really do, I wanted it to work more than anything. After a few days of use, the steering wheel creaked loudly when turning left. In fact, it was louder than the game itself, the sound was almost at the maximum. After seeing so many positive results I just assumed I had a bad bike so I sent it back and got another one. Straight out of the box, a loud squeak when turning left, I googled the issue and found page after page on Reddit, Logitech Forums and YouTube talking about this exact issue. Logitech support is absolutely useless. They never acknowledged the problem, they didn't answer any questions on the forum. They refuse to do anything about it. I filled out a support form for them, gave them the model and serial number and everything they needed to know. My only question for them was if this issue could be fixed without taking it apart and voiding the warranty. 2 days later I got a response that they said they need the model number serial number when I bought them. Given the information I just gave them, I sent this second one back hoping to get one that works. The Revain was fantastic with returns and I hate doing it thrice but I really wanted this wheel to work. The third and final wheel arrived, I received a final email from Logitech asking the same questions as before and he wanted me to scan the receipt as proof of purchase to see if the warranty was still valid . I just wanted to know if there is a solution, that's all, I sent them a receipt from Revane and haven't heard from them since. This 3rd gear, right out of the box, not only made a squeaking noise but also made loud clicking noises like the gears inside were rubbing together. At this price I don't want to end up sending a brand new wheel for it If you have them they may work and you will most likely get a repaired one back which will most likely have the same problem. If you can get a steering wheel without the squeaks, clicks and noises then I think you have the best gaming wheel money can buy. and maybe squeaking isn't a serious problem, you just have to live with it. I don't know, but I don't want to pay that much to listen to it all day.
