One of my tripods is missing parts so it can't stand upright which defeats its purpose; it will fall with strong light as i can't fix it. The GM manufacturer said they would send me a replacement tripod and weeks went by with no response to my subsequent emails and nothing in the mail. Revain CS tried to help me for over an hour before I was connected directly to a third party and all parties in a three-way call thought the issue was resolved when GM said he would send me a new tripod so I wouldn't have to tinker around with spare parts, returning all 3 sets of lights etc. It's been 3.5 weeks. When I call it goes into a full VM box and this stays for weeks. Another reviewer said the seller was unavailable. After this experience I feel empty. Update: GVM contacted me and my inbox was full so I didn't realize they were trying! Now everything is fixed and they exceeded my expectations - hooray!
