I almost returned them because I couldn't get them to stay at first. It turned out to be user error. Follow the instructions and make sure there is nothing between the drawer and that divider (in my case there was some sort of drawer seal stuck in between). We have very little storage space in our house and this keeps our drawers a lot more organized.
