The fringes are neatly trimmed so they don't look messy. I got it at first because I'm planning to perform as Cher on Halloween, but ended up wearing it over a sundress and also as a swimwear cover-up and got a lot of compliments. It's greasy and dries quickly. Didn't shrink in the wash. Soft.
