I bought this as a cheaper Powerbeats Pro alternative, so I wasn't expecting much, but got a pair of headphones with a nagging half-second latency and reasonably responsive handling . I opened them up and they connected straight to bluetooth and ran for a bit. No problems until I had to pause, but the pause function was unresponsive. I ended up just using my phone, but the controls were disappointing. I decided to watch YouTube and quickly noticed a slight but painful lag, so I decided to restart my phone and see if that was the problem. It was headphones. They'd be pretty reliable if you took them for a run, but the moment you look at the screen, they're disappointing. Recommended only if you are listening to music and don't want to pause or skip songs. I don't know if it was just my device lag, but I can guarantee iPhone 8 will not work with this product. If you're looking for a good set of cheap headphones, I recommend the Tozo T6 and up. They offer a cheap price for good headphones. However, I have not found a cheap set of good training headphones.
