Easy-to navigate & user friendly program
I like that this software is very easy to use and it does not require much training to learn how to set it up for my specific needs.
The only thing that I dislike about this software is that sometimes there are some errors but after contacting their customer support team they will fix those issues quickly. DataSpider servista is an excellent tool that allows me to extract data from different sources into a single database. It also makes it very easy to search through all of the different tables in order to find the data that I need.

- This product has helped streamline our organization’s business processes by allowing us access information at any time, without having too many steps involved or using multiple programs individually
