Huge but no aftertaste.
I don't eat seafood so I wanted to try and supplement some of the benefits of fish without having to eat something I don't like. I chose the ON brand as I consider it to be one of the best nutritional supplement brands. Now I won't lie. These fish oil pills are huge. Without water, they are a bit difficult to swallow. If you have trouble swallowing pills, look elsewhere. On the plus side, they don't upset my stomach and I didn't have any of the bad tastes that other brands have given me. 300mg is a pretty small dose but I think it's better than nothing.
