I enjoyed working with them, they were very helpful to understand my needs as well give me recommendations for what would best suit us (we are still deciding). They also helped implement many things that allowed us streamline some processes within HRMS which was quite useful! We had an issue where one employee did not have access due from being out sick but after speaking directly about this there wasn't anything else done wrong by Vr Tech Sol - however if you know someone who has worked or does continue employment at another organization then please ask questions so your employer can be aware too!! It's hard sometimes knowing exactly when something might fail since everyone uses different methods/techniques etc; therefore always make sure everything works before implementing into production system.
