Bought this mirror for a second home we own and haven't opened it in months. Unfortunately, what looked great in the picture turned out to be completely useless. The mirror has a 10x magnification which is of little use to my wife but she could do her duty - 15x is much better for us elderly I think, especially for close ups. The problem with this design is inserting a 15x mirror. It's right in the middle at the bottom of the mirror, and you can't use 10x with 15x, right where your mouth would be. A very lousy design that you can't understand until you sit in front of it. With 15x magnification and no insert, it would be accurate. We thought it would be a great replacement for a mirror that doesn't tilt. But this one is not practical and we cannot use it. We would have sent it back but the return window closed 3 months ago. Such a shame.
