I am very upset, the product is no good.
Regarding the smoothness of the shave, I have been using this hellish gadget for almost two weeks now. She does not get her hair cut; rather, she pulls out her own hair. Stubble that's been there for two days. I assumed maybe my beard was just getting used to the old razor, but that wasn't the case. Although it would appear that she lacks the force or sharpness of the blades (a creative error), all she does is gnaw on her fingernails and rip off her hair. I'm sick of shaving first thing in the morning and startling the whole home.
